TideMerge Compass

Calls every new lead back within a minute.

Businesses that respond to a lead within five minutes are dramatically more likely to win it — yet the average business takes hours. Compass calls back in under a minute, every time, and keeps the conversation going until the lead books or says no.

What it is

The moment a lead comes in and has agreed to be contacted, Compass picks up the phone and calls them — a real conversation, not a robocall. It answers their questions, asks yours, and books straight into your calendar or hands the live call to your team. Everything is consent-gated: no explicit opt-in, no dial, and calling hours, do-not-call lists, and opt-outs are enforced automatically. Text and email follow-up sequences are the next phase, and they switch on once your number clears carrier registration.

The problem

Most businesses don't have a lead generation problem — they have a lead response problem.

  • Leads go cold in minutes: response within 5 minutes vs 30 minutes can be the whole difference in contact rate.
  • Your team is busy doing the actual work, so follow-up happens "when someone gets to it".
  • Web leads sit unanswered overnight while the competitor who called at 8:04pm books the job.
  • Nobody on your team wants to be the one cold-calling the form fills at dinnertime.
How Compass solves it

Compass makes speed-to-lead automatic and permanent.

  • An outbound call placed within 60 seconds of a consented lead landing — inside legal calling hours.
  • Asks qualifying questions and pushes hot leads straight to your calendar or your phone.
  • Consent, do-not-call, opt-out, and time-zone rules enforced on every dial — no exceptions.
  • Every attempt, outcome, and recording logged against the lead in your dashboard.

FAQ

Common questions

Will it spam my leads?

It can't, by design. Compass only ever contacts someone who explicitly agreed to be contacted — no purchased lists, no cold outreach. Do-not-call entries, opt-outs, and local calling hours are enforced in code, not by policy, and one "stop" ends it permanently. You approve the script before anything goes out.

Does it replace my CRM?

It works with what you have. Follow Up Boss and HubSpot have native connectors we built against their own APIs, so contacts, leads and call notes land inside your CRM directly. Anything else receives a structured record by webhook, which reaches most systems through Zapier or Make. If you don't use a CRM at all, Compass runs standalone with its own simple pipeline view.

What channels does it cover?

Today: outbound phone. A consented lead from your website form, ad platform, or landing page gets a live AI call back within a minute, and — paired with Anchor — your inbound line is covered too. Text and email follow-up sequences are built but dormant until carrier registration clears; see below.

What about text and email follow-up?

Being straight with you: business texting in the US requires A2P/10DLC carrier registration, and until that clears on your number, texts don't deliver reliably. We file it during onboarding and turn the sequences on the day it's approved — no extra charge, no code change. We'd rather tell you that now than sell you a texting product that silently doesn't send.

Do you need my leads' consent?

Yes, and we won't work around it. Your lead forms need a clear checkbox agreeing to be contacted by phone — we'll help you add it. Without that flag on the record, Compass will not dial, and that's deliberate: TCPA penalties run per call, and one lawsuit costs more than the service ever saves you.

How do you measure ROI?

We track leads in, response times, conversations, and booked appointments, and report the revenue value of recovered leads monthly.
