Connect AI to the systems your business already uses.

Your customers, your calendar and your history already live somewhere. TideMerge builds AI that works inside those systems rather than asking you to replace them.

Three, named

We name what we've built, and nothing else.

Most agencies say "we integrate with your CRM" and mean a Zapier hop. Some show a wall of forty logos. Both are ways of avoiding the question.

We have built three native connectors, each against the vendor's own API. Below is what each one actually does — and, just as usefully, what it does not do yet. You connect your own account during onboarding, and nothing writes into your systems until you switch that on deliberately.

HubSpot

CRM and lead workflows. The CRM for professional services teams, and for anyone who has outgrown a vertical tool.

What we connect. Contacts and notes, through HubSpot's 2026-03 CRM API. A caller or chat visitor is looked up on their phone number or email, created as a contact if they are new, recorded as a lead, and the conversation is attached to their record as a note.

What that gives you. The history is on the contact before anyone on your team opens HubSpot. Nobody retypes a phone call into a CRM, and nothing is lost because the person who took the call got busy.

Worth knowing. We authenticate with a Service Key rather than a legacy private app, because a Service Key keeps working after whoever set it up leaves the company — private-app tokens die with their creator's login, quietly, usually about a year later. We push into HubSpot rather than syncing both ways, and we would rather say that than let the word "integration" imply more than it is.

Square

Commerce and booking workflows. One connection that means something different in four kinds of business: hospitality, retail, wellness and fitness.

What we connect. Customers, your catalogue, and your booking calendar. Your live Square catalogue is read at the start of each call, so services, products and menu prices are quoted from your own system rather than a list we typed out at onboarding. Customers are matched on their phone number or created new.

Booking. Where your book genuinely lives in Square, the appointment is written into Square rather than into a calendar nobody at the front desk looks at. Before it writes, it re-checks the time against Square's own availability, so a slot that filled while the caller was still talking is refused rather than double-booked.

What it does not do yet. Three things, stated plainly. The times offered during a conversation still come from the connected Google Calendar — Square receives the booking, it does not yet drive the offer. There is no live stock lookup, so "do you have it in?" is captured for a person rather than guessed at. And phone ordering into Square is finished, tested code that is not yet wired into a live call, so the phone does not take orders today.

Worth knowing. Square only exposes booking to sellers on an Appointments Plus or Premium plan — that is Square's gate, not ours.

Follow Up Boss

Real estate CRM and lead workflows, for agents, teams and brokerages.

What we connect. People, lead events, call logs and notes. Every call and web-chat lead writes straight into Follow Up Boss: the person matched on their phone number or created if they are new, the conversation attached as a note, and the call logged with its duration.

What that gives you. Your Action Plan fires, so the follow-up sequence starts before anyone on your team has looked at the lead. That is the entire point of the connector — a contact that lands in the CRM and sits there is not worth the integration.

Worth knowing. One detail that separates a working connector from one that looks like it works: the Follow Up Boss event type literally named "Incoming Call" triggers no Action Plan at all. We map onto the types that do. And spam calls are never written into your database — that is unconditional, because polluting the contact list your business runs on is not something you can undo from our side.

Don't see your platform?

Every call and conversation produces a structured record — who called, what they wanted, what was captured, what was booked — and we can send that to any endpoint you nominate. That reaches most systems today through Zapier or Make, and it is what we set up in most builds.

Where a business genuinely runs on something else, we evaluate building a connector for it properly. Some are straightforward. Some sit behind partner programmes that cost real money to enter, and for a few the honest answer is that it is not worth it. We will tell you which one you are looking at before you commit to anything.

Common questions

Do we have to replace the software we already use?

No, and that is the point of this page. The systems your business already runs on hold your customers, your calendar and your history. We connect AI to them rather than asking you to move.

How does a connector get set up?

You connect your own account during onboarding — an API key in Follow Up Boss, a Service Key in HubSpot, or authorising the Square application. Nothing is written into your systems until you switch that on explicitly, and reading your data never implies permission to write to it.

What if our platform is not one of these three?

Every call and conversation produces a structured record we can send to anything that accepts a webhook, which reaches most systems through Zapier or Make. A deeper native connector for a specific platform is a build we scope and price in the audit rather than imply is already there.

Does the AI decide on its own to write into our systems?

No. Writing into a client's booking system or taking an order is an explicit per-client switch we turn on deliberately, never something that activates because an account happens to be connected. Reading your catalogue never implies permission to create anything in it.

What happens if one of these platforms is having an outage?

The call still works. Every integration request is time-bounded so a slow vendor cannot add its latency to a live conversation, and a system that cannot answer is reported as unavailable rather than guessed at. The AI says it will have someone confirm rather than inventing a price or a slot.
