TideMerge Beacon

Gets you more reviews, and replies to every one.

Before anyone calls you, they read your reviews. Beacon systematically grows your review count, catches unhappy customers before they post, and makes sure every review gets a thoughtful reply — the signals that decide who gets the call.

What it is

Beacon automates the reputation flywheel: it asks every happy customer for a review at the right moment, routes unhappy feedback to you privately before it becomes a one-star, and drafts on-brand responses to every review that comes in. Local-search and AI-answer-engine visibility is the next piece we're building — we'll advise on it, but we don't sell it as an automated service yet.

The problem

Your next customer decides in the search results, before you ever get a chance to talk.

  • The competitor with 300 reviews outranks and out-converts the better business with 40.
  • Happy customers forget to review; unhappy ones never do — unless you have a system.
  • Unanswered reviews (especially bad ones) quietly cost you the next ten customers.
  • Reviews go stale — a wall of three-year-old five-stars reads worse than a handful of recent ones.
How Beacon solves it

Beacon makes reviews a machine, not a hope.

  • Automatic, well-timed review requests by text after every job or visit.
  • Private feedback catch: unhappy customers reach you first, not Google.
  • Every review gets a thoughtful, on-brand response within hours.
  • A steady, recent review history — the signal local search and AI assistants both lean on.

FAQ

Common questions

Is automated review requesting allowed?

Yes — asking customers for honest reviews is fine on every major platform. We never gate, incentivize, or fake reviews; the system just makes the honest ask consistent.

What happens with a bad review?

Two layers: unhappy customers are invited to talk to you privately before being asked to post, and any public negative review gets an immediate alert plus a drafted, de-escalating response for your approval.

Does Beacon handle local SEO or AI-search visibility?

Not as an automated service — that half is still being built, and we won't bill for it before it's real. What Beacon does today is the input those systems weigh most heavily: a steady stream of recent, answered reviews. We're happy to advise on listings and content in your consultation.

Do responses sound canned?

No — they reference the customer's actual visit and are written in your voice. You can approve each one or let routine positives auto-post.

How fast will we see results?

Review velocity changes within the first month once requests are going out. Ranking effects compound over 2–6 months as volume and recency build.

Is there anything to set up before review texts can send?

Yes — business texting in the US requires carrier registration (A2P/10DLC) on your number before messages deliver reliably. We handle that filing during onboarding; it typically takes a couple of weeks to clear, and we'll tell you exactly where it stands.
