shae@tidemerge.comAbout TideMerge
We build the AI we recommend.
TideMerge is an AI implementation and automation company in San Diego. We design the system, connect it to the software you already run, and keep it working after launch.
Who you work with
Two people, and you'll meet both.
TideMerge is small on purpose. The people who scope the work are the people who build it, and the people you call when something needs attention.

grant@tidemerge.comWhat we believe
AI is only worth it if it does the work.
- AI is a tool, not a strategy. The strategy is making or saving money. AI is only worth adopting where it does one of those.
- Working software beats a plan. We're not done when the recommendation is delivered. We're done when the system is live in your business.
- Small scope, fast proof. One job automated in days beats a transformation roadmap that never ships.
- Honest about limits.AI still gets things wrong, so we build in hand-offs to a person and review steps instead of pretending it doesn't.
