Common questions
Is our data used to train public AI models?
No. Your documents stay in a private index in your environment or ours, with contractual guarantees. Nothing is shared or used for training outside your business.
What about documents different people shouldn't see?
The assistant is permission-aware: it inherits your existing access controls, so HR files answer only to HR, and so on.
How accurate is it?
It answers only from your documents and cites the source, so accuracy is checkable at a glance. When the documents don't contain an answer, it says so rather than guessing.
